Wedding Ceremonies

WEDDING CEREMONIES & CIVIL PARTNERSHIPS

At the Vermont Hotel we have a Licence for Civil Wedding Ceremonies, a room hire charge of £260.00 is applicable for numbers of guests up to 50 and £400.00 is applicable for numbers of guests between 50 and 200. It is recommended that you make contact directly with the Superintendent Registrar at Newcastle Civic Centre to make necessary arrangements for your Ceremony to be held at The Vermont Hotel.

BAR FACILITIES

Bar facilities and dancing are available until 1.00am unless you require otherwise.

EVENING RECEPTION

To enable you to invite all those family and friends who were unable to attend the Reception, you may wish to extend your celebrations into the evening. We would be pleased to discuss your requirements.

Providing that an evening buffet with a minimum of 100 is chosen from the enclosed suggestions, no room hire charge will be made. The only additional cost will be for your chosen entertainment such as a Disco or Band which we will be pleased to arrange for you. We recommend that a minimum of 75% of the guests attending the evening Reception are catered for.

CHANGING ROOM

A changing room for the Bridesmaids will be provided free of charge, until 5pm

BOOKING CONDITIONS

For all bookings we require a minimum deposit of £500 and confirmation in writing with approximate times and numbers. All charges will be made on numbers given 2 weeks prior to the Reception.

YOUR PERSONAL CONTACT

A dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator will handle your booking. She will be your main contact at The Vermont to help you with all your arrangements. A dedicated Manager will be responsible for looking after you on your special day.
