Conference Menus

We have created two different types of Buffet Lunch menus and a Conference Dinner menu for you to choose from.

 

Wines and Drinks are charged as chosen from our wine and drinks list. (We do not offer a corkage facility)

 

Should you wish a vegetarian dish or a specific dish which is not listed please ask your Conference Co-ordinator.

 

Our Conference packages are just a guide and they can be fine tuned to your individual requirements.

 

CONFERENCE LUNCH MENUS

 

The Vermont offers two different types of Buffet Lunch menus: Either a working lunch or a fork buffet

 

FORK BUFFET (Included in the Delegate Rate)

  • Roast Breast of Chicken served with Bacon Mushrooms
  • Smoked Chicken served with Coriander and Orange
  • Fish and Chips served with Mushy Peas
  • Lamb Casserole served with Mediterranean Vegetables
  • Beef Casserole served with Penne Pasta
  • Honey Mustard Pork Chops
  • Mediterranean Vegetable Stew
  • Braised Beef with Horseradish and Root Vegetables
  • Roast Pork served with Apple Sauce Carrots and Roast Potatoes
  • Baked Salmon served with Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables
  • Skewered Chicken or Pork or Lamb with Rice or Pasta

A more extensive vegetarian menu is available on request
